Job Context:
Riseup Labs is seeking an experienced IT Reporting Analyst to join the dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing and building reports, implementing automations, and providing support for reporting/data-related incidents. The IT Reporting Analyst will collaborate closely with business leaders to ensure the delivery of accurate and meaningful reports to both internal
stakeholders and external clients.
Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business leaders to design and build reports that drive meaningful business decisions internally and for clients.
- Implement automations to produce and deliver daily business reports to internal and external clients.
- Proactively monitor relevant IT processes to ensure reliable production and delivery of daily reports.
- Provide tier 2 support for reporting/data-related incidents and problems, including contributing to root cause analysis and post-incident reviews (PIRs).
- Perform regular data audits for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies.
- Support evidence gathering for Client, SOC, PCI, and ISO audits/reviews related to IT reporting.
- Create and maintain relevant technical and user documentation.
- Complete special projects as assigned.
Educational Requirements:
- B.Sc in Computer Science and Engineering from any reputed public or private university.
Additional Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Bachelors in CSE from any reputed University
- Extensive experience working with Microsoft Office 365, including Power Automate.
- Proficiency in SQL is mandatory.
- Experience with SSRS and/or Crystal Reports is required.
- Experience with Python is a significant asset.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
