Account Executive

Job Context:

Riseup Labs is looking for a competent Account Executive to find business opportunities and manage customer relationships. You’ll be directly responsible for the preservation and expansion of our customer base.

Job Responsibilities:

• Sourcing new UN / NGO clients and negotiating contracts with them.
• Meeting with clients regularly and serving as the contact between them and the creative team.
• Discussing ideas and strategies with UN / NGO clients and assisting them in designing contents/campaigns.
• Presenting creative concepts to UN / NGO clients for approval and making sure they are in line with the client’s guidelines.
• Collaborating with the creative team to design contents on behalf of the client.
• Learning about the UN/NGO industry and activities to suggest more personalized solutions.
• Collaborating on promotional events or advertising material that suits the account and clients goals.
• Collaborate with colleagues to design creative contents or other projects according to the standards discussed with clients.
• Employ networking techniques to attract new clients.
• Negotiate budgets and deadlines and make detailed presentations justifying costs and schedules.
• Undertake administrative work and keep records of clients.

 Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor of Business Administration or equivalent qualification

Additional Requirements:

• 0-2 years experience as an Advertising Account Executive or related position.
• Good understanding of marketing and advertising methods and techniques.
• Good knowledge of MS Office; working knowledge of CRM software will be a strong advantage.

Salary: 

• 20K-40K (Based on experience and skills)
