Job Context:
Riseup Labs is seeking a skilled Technical Recruiter to join our HR department and play a key role in expanding our IT teams.
Job Responsibilities:
- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews by following the company policy & global trend
- Assessing & Determining selection criteria, hiring profiles, and job requirements for vacant positions.
- Sourcing potential Technical candidates through online, company career portals, recruitment sites, job boards, social platforms, as well as print media, posters, and flyers, when required.
- Managing hiring processes via electronic Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Evaluating applications and screening candidates via calls or emails, as well as facilitating pre-interview assessments.
- Compiling interview questions and conducting in-person or video call interviews with shortlisted candidates.
- Preparing hiring forecasts as part of the company's strategic planning.
- Documenting processes and fostering good relationships with potential candidates and past applicants.
- Developing hiring strategies and procedures in line with industry trends, as well as keeping informed of advancements in the field.
- Participate in tech conferences and meetups to network with IT professionals
- Connecting and building rapport with the University placement centers to hire talent & create a strong Talent Pool for future requirements.
- Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events to build & hire competitive candidate
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in BSC in CSE / HRM
Additional Requirements:
- 2-4 years of experience as a Technical Recruiter or similar role.
- Hands-on experience with full-cycle Technical recruitment using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
- Exceptional ability to screen candidates, compile shortlists and interview candidates.
- Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends.
- Excellent English communication skills .
- Experience in KPO/BPO & Resource augmentation recruitment process will be an added advantage
